Deposits are non-negotiable and required to secure your booking. They are only refundable if I need to cancel.

A 25% deposit is required for all bookings.

A 50% deposit is required for interstate tours, and bookings are only confirmed once the deposit is received.

Cancellations within 72 hours will require full prepayment for your next appointment.

No-shows will forfeit the deposit and require full prepayment for any future booking. I may decline further appointments at my discretion.

If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 72 hours in advance. The more notice you provide, the better.

Rescheduling within 72 hours may incur additional costs and is subject to availability.

Please note that I may only sometimes be able to accommodate rescheduling requests.

If I am unable to accommodate your rescheduling request, the deposit will not be refundable and will be treated as a cancellation.

My time is valuable, and my schedule is carefully managed.

I’ll confirm your booking 24 hours in advance, and again on the day.

All essential details will be sent 6–12 hours before your appointment.

The final address or room number will arrive 2 hours prior.

My references are discreet and professional—I’ll confirm that we met, that you were respectful, and that I’d be happy to see you again. I don’t offer personal commentary beyond that.

I’m available for outcalls to hotels or serviced apartments within 10km of the CBD. Travel beyond this radius will incur a fee.

Some hotels require a keycard for lift access. If that’s the case, I’ll ask you to meet me in the lobby or arrange a key. I’ll confirm what’s needed ahead of time.

I may offer home visits at my discretion. If you’d like me to visit your residence, I require a photo of your ID showing your name and address. I only visit homes within 10km of the CBD.

Currently, I’m based in Newcastle and offer incalls from my discreet apartment in the CBD.

While touring, I always offer a private incall.

If you have specific discretion needs that make my chosen accommodation unsuitable (e.g. hotel location or layout), please let me know in advance. In such cases, you’ll be responsible for arranging and covering the cost of a more suitable venue (such as a day-use hotel or alternative location).

Overnights are truly a dream—a chance for us to unwind, connect deeply, and enjoy unhurried time together.

For bookings over 12 hours, I require a minimum of 5 hours uninterrupted sleep.

For extended dates (20+ hours), I’ll also need a few hours in the morning to head to the gym, catch up on emails, and recharge—so I can return to you fresh as ever, and ready to curl back into your arms.

FMTY bookings are arranged via my booking form, and rates are tailored based on your location, travel distance, and the length of our time together. The longer you’d like to keep me all to yourself, the more flexible I can be with the overall gratuity.

All FMTY bookings require coverage of my travel expenses, including return flights and suitable accommodation. These details will be discussed and agreed upon in advance.
